What drinks are on the menu?
There are five drinks in the Iced Chai Series and five in the Iced Coffee Series. The menu shows their names and prices in Singapore dollars.
How much are the drinks?
Classic Chai and Masala Chai are S$5.00. Choco Chai, Caramel Chai, Brown Sugar Chai and all five iced coffees are S$6.00. Delivery charges, tax treatment and availability require confirmation.
Can I order and pay online now?
Not yet. The verified Take App store and checkout must be connected and tested before online ordering opens. There is no payment form on this website.
Are the drinks hot or iced?
The ten product cards in this website are grouped under Iced Chai Series and Iced Coffee Series. No hot-drink or catering package is offered as available here.
What size are the drinks?
Serving sizes must be confirmed for the current menu before ordering. Please ask Chai Bros rather than relying on the appearance of a cup in product artwork.
Where can I find ingredients and allergens?
A final ingredient and allergen list has not yet been verified. Contact Chai Bros before ordering, especially when dietary requirements are important. Names and image props are not an allergen declaration.
Do you deliver across Singapore?
Delivery coverage, fees, lead times and collection arrangements are pending confirmation. We do not currently promise islandwide delivery or a specific arrival time.
Can I book event catering or corporate packages?
Event services are not currently available for booking. General enquiries may be discussed, but permitted fulfilment, availability and scope must be reviewed before a quote or booking. No deposit is taken here.
How do I contact Chai Bros?
The approved Chai Bros WhatsApp contact is +65 8825 4427. Opening the WhatsApp link does not itself send a message or confirm an order.
Are the website product images actual serving guarantees?
The supplied product artworks are visual references. They do not establish serving sizes, ingredients, garnish, packaging contents or dietary suitability. Confirm those details before ordering.
